With a catalogue of adorable pets in need of a home, it’s no surprise that edmontonhumanesociety.com attracts thousands of users to the site every day. Our goal in developing their new website was to encourage those users to take action. Our discovery process led us to develop measurable conversion points based on the priorities stated by the Edmonton Humane Society. Six user tracks, or funnels, efficiently guide the users to the information they are looking for, moving them from awareness to preference to purchase. The website provides information, offers many products and services, and facilitates donations. Including the users’ browsing experience, merchandising and product research, and user conversions, the ev+ AGENCY used a step-by-step process to ensure lead nurturing, reduced friction, and higher conversion rates.
