Great brands play to their strengths. Case in point: Skyward.
In 2019, Alberta-based property management company, Premium Rentals, sought to rebrand one of their properties in Calgary’s northeast. They had a strong sense of their audience and a wealth of market data to inform what prospective renters were looking for in a home. The property also offered suites on a daily/weekly basis, for family of tenants, and, given the property’s location near the Calgary International Airport, travellers who preferred a suite to a hotel room. The location also happens to be one of the best spots in Calgary to watch the Northern Lights perform.
The new brand—Skyward—captured all these elements, while also capturing the mood of the community who call the property home.
